Allow the State of Wyoming to peacefully withdraw from the union, to remain an ally of the United States.

I petition the United States government to allow the state of Wyoming to peacefully withdraw from the United States and to be allowed to form it's own government where the majority of citizens voices are respected once again. It is obvious that the vocal minority are getting their voices heard and it is time that the voices of the majority are heard again, and I believe that the state of Wyoming can fulfill this demand better than the government of the United States can. I believe these words from the Declaration of Independence: "..., Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it..."
