We the People request that Puerto Rico be granted statehood. If possible we also request that the USVI may be added as part of the State of Puerto Rico. Viva La Puerto Rico. Viva La Estados Unidos.
Reasons;
1. 4 Million Puerto Ricans live in the states
2. More then 60 percent of Puerto Ricans voted for statehood in the previous referedum and yet congress has still not acted on the issue
3. It has a population of 4 million which is more then the less populated state of Wyoming
4. Must like Alaska and Hawaii, it could have a boom after Statehood
