Allow States to be free from Federal Prosecution when operating a Medical Marijuana Program..

Created by R.M. on September 26, 2011

Canna Firm a newly established pending 501 (c) (3) non profit from MA would like to see the federal government allow states to operate there own medical marijuana programs. Marijuana should not be treated like alcohol since there are thousands of strains that have different breakdowns of cannanibinoids. Each strain has the power to do something unique. There needs to be more research in marijuana to allow safe regulated medicine to the community. Organizations that are pushing for full blown legalization are overlooking the medicinal value of cannabis. This needs to become a schedule 2 drug. There is no reason why marijuana should be categorized as something with no medicinal value. I can say first hand specific strains have helped me more than most pharmaceuticals for back spasms.
