Allow states to choose whether they are allowed to secede legally through an election based on popular vote.

Man has proven to be very intelligent, but when we are bound by sets of laws what choice do we have to abide. Why must we serve anybody without our consent. I do not fully agree with the states wanting to secede, but I do agree on state rights which I feel is non-existant in this catagory. We as the people have spoken many times only to have our word become dust compared to the Government's. We the people have no say as we have unless we have permission to say what we want, even then what we say only goes with what the Government wants. I serve my fellow man and on a more personal level my God, I love my country, and I love what we want to represent, but we are bound by the Government.
