Allow states to decide if assisted suicide is an option for prisoners that have done more than 10 years and doing life.

Created by K.C. on November 23, 2012

Prisoners are still human and although some committed horrendous crimes against humanity a life term in prison is not justice but a sadistic punishment for those that choose to believe life is not worth living anymore in such confinement. If a prisoner has a life sentence and he or she have served more than 10 years, they should have one right atleast and that is to choose wether or not life is worth living. The victims at this time should have closure and the inmates death would not take away such justice that has been served. If the prisoner chooses to live, a regular life term shall be served.
