Allow states to decide laws on possession of marijuana.

Created by D.B. on January 11, 2013

We the people that reside in the United States of America, are having our rights to privacy violated by the laws prohibiting the use of marijuana. It has been shown in SEVERAL polls that MORE Americans support legalization/ decriminalization of marijuana than EVER before since it was made illegal in 1937. Not only will ending the federal laws prohibiting the use of marijuana save taxpayers money, it would also create an industry in the production of hemp; which in turn would be beneficial to the environment. With this being said, I would like to have the federal laws abolished, and let the states decide the laws regarding the: uses, sale, and distrubution of marijuana.
