Allow the states to decide what their drinking age is and to repeal the National Minimum Drinking age act.

Over the course of history the federal government has grown in power, and sometimes overreached their powers onto states rights. In 1984 the federal government passed the National Minimum Drinking Age Act, which withholds highway funding for states that do not comply with the 21 year old minimum drinking age. This is a federal encroachment upon the states rights since the US constitution clearly states that all powers not specifically delegated to the Federal Government by the Constitution are reserved to the States and to the people. We must stop and/or reverse the federal encroachment upon states rights, and we can start by repealing the National Minimum Drinking age act by allowing the states to decide their drinking age by a reasonable age and return these rights to the states.
