Dear Mr. President,
Many residents have petitioned for their individual states, the right to peacefully secede from the United States of America, and create their own governments. This is a collective effort to grant the states the right to vote among their people, on whether or not they want to "dissolve the political bands which have connected them," and leave the United States of America.
