If a state votes for the legalization of Marijuana it should so be so. We are a Democracy and if the majority says that marijuana should be legal then it should. Any attempts at that time to conduct force on the people at the Federal level is then opposing the views of a Democracy. There are several states that have voiced their opinions and I think that their should be Federal Laws in place to Protect those people in those states.
