Allow states, not the Federal Gov., to vote on being able to Open Carry firearms. Im for the 2nd Amendment.

I want the people of the state they live in to be able to vote on being able to open carry firearms. The 2nd Amendment was written for a reason. Not anywhere in that Amendment states that you HAVE to produce any type of license to carry!
