allow the states to proceed with medical marijuana as each sees fit and call off the Justice Department on this issue.

As President Obama had originally promised, the Federal Government should stay out of the medical marijuana issue. At present it is pursuing dispensaries and thus cutting off the relief from pain and nausea so many ill marijuana users achieve. Allow each state to handle the medical use of marijuana as it sees fit. Unless there are civil rights violations involved, the Federal Government should be uninvolved with this issue.
