Allow the states to regulate and enforce there own firearm laws in accordance with the 10th Amendment.

As the states have a 10th Amendment right to govern themselves, we the people petition the Obama administration to peacefully allow the state of North Carolina as well as the rest of the states that make up the Federal Union to regulate and enforce their own firearms laws. As the states already legally have this right any such firearm bans or regulations imposed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives can be superseded by state law in accordance with the 10th Amendment of the United States constitution. The Obama administration already respects states rights in the matters of medical marijuana. Therefore we the people ask the administration to do the same in this matter as they are required to do so by law.
