Allow States to secede once they remove All federally funded items in their States. Military/Schools/Hospitals/Airports/Roads/Bridges/Parks or Federally funded lands/ No buiness in that State will receive any further federal funds or grants./ Also, any outstanding Federal loan or grants in the State must be paid immediately/ Lastly No support will be provided in cases of emergencies or natural disasters.
