In light of the growing economic and budgetary problems faced by California and other states we ask that the President and the US Congress assure the people via new legislation that those who do not live in states that are near or in the middle of bankruptcy will never have their tax dollars go to bailing those states out.
If citizens of one state do not have the right to vote for or against the policies of another state we should therefore never be responsible for the consequences faced by those states when their polices fail.
If states like California go bankrupt because of their policies let their own citizens and elected officials figure it out and do not force solvent states to suffer the bad decisions of insolvent states.
