Upon viewing the petitions for withdrawal from the US, it has been observed that several of the signatures came from those outside of the States petitioning. Being in one of those States, and feeling strongly that I do not wish to withdraw from the US, I feel that it would be best represented by those that lived within the State petitioning to vote on the issue, rather than to let it be chosen by individuals that would not be affected by it, or by those that might not be in the majority within the State.
