Allow student-athletes to have some workers rights due to service but no pay in NCAA

Created by C.B. on April 26, 2014

NCAA athletes today do not have many rights whether it is injuries or changing majors to make it to games, practices, etc but allowing student athletes to have workers rights or unionize allows proper American rights for student athletes. For example if an athlete gets hurt the NCAA will not cover the injury payments while these student athletes in this case should have the right to have workers compensation As they have rights as others student athletes have rights within the labor rights Constitution allowing student athletes to unionize.
