Our country is filled with debt, sometimes it can become to much. The concept of filing for bankruptcy is supposed to allow those who feel they have no way out, a fresh start. Often when we find ourselves in debt student loans tend to be the biggest and filing for bankruptcy, while it does eliminate some of the hardship it leaves the biggest. with the trend of for profit schools emerging everywhere our youth are taking out loans they cant handle to get an education that they believe will help them get an adequate job. Most of these youth never actually get a job in the field but just end up with debt that they will never actually ever be able to pay thus destroying their credit and furthering poverty.
