allow student loan forgiveness back into bankruptcy

many people are unable to pay loans for education back.a lot of us are just one step above poverty, and a lot below some even homeless, yet the collectors will badger and threaten us for what little we have,not giving a damn about the end results.yet joe can go buy cars, and other frivoless crap, max out credit cards,and any other revolving credit he has,turn around,file bankruptcy and all's foregivin.often getting to keep much of what he got.yet if you are struggling and can't pay for education (which should be more important and free) you are basically screwed. wage gaurnishment and tax offsets for starters. for some of us what little we make along with our tax returns are what keeps us from being homeless for now. i hope this petition will have a positive impact.and help a lot of people
