Allow students debt forgivness from For-profit colleges as long as they return to an accredited or community college

Student Loan debt is a massive problem in this country and the majority of it has to do with For-Profit colleges claiming to be accredited but in reality they are not. What I am requesting is that for the President and Congress, put pressure on these colleges to be more honest in the way they recruit students and to allow the money that has already been borrowed by those students to be recycled and used to further their education at a community college or an accredited university that will accept them. This will allow students who want to further their education be given the proper opportunity and those that do not can work out a way to pay back their student loans.
