Allow students to refinance their private student loans. Loans that can be as high as 10%, without any benefits if there is a job loss or attend graduate school. These banks are making millions off of us and we have no protections. If congress and the president do not want to allow this then give us back our bankruptcy protection. If we can not have bankruptcy protection than our rates should not any higher than the rates than on a mortgage that can be discharged in a bankruptcy. We need a solution to this now!
