Allow students who are enrolled in a four-year university the ability to drink alcoholic beverages at the age of 18.

Created by A.S. on February 26, 2014

Students who are in college need a way to relieve stress. Alcohol is a great way of doing that, though it is illegal to more than half of four-year universities' students. The problem with this is, students are still going to drink the alcohol no matter what, it is causing a lot to get drinking citations which could get them in trouble with the school and possibly kicked out. It just makes sense to allow students to drink alcohol for a stress reliever and also the law needs to be made because it is already being broken too often. For example, at UNC Charlotte recently a party was busted and seventy five drinking citations were given out, and all of IFC fraternities were shut down under suspension. It is causing chaos and a ruckus that does not need to distract the students more.
