Allow substitute teachers to be eligible for partial student loan forgiveness and a benefit package.

With the economy in its current state and students finding it more difficult to find money education, substitute teaching has become a new path for young people. Substitute teaching allows young people to make money to save up for furthering their education, and although it is not usually a full time job it goes hand in hand with the education system and the economy. Substitute teachers should be able to qualify for loan forgiveness or tuition assistance as well as partial if not full benefits packages. After all they are helping to educate our children as well.
