allow the surplus sale of all ex-military vehicles to private citizens for collection, farm use, and volunteer FD use.

Military Vehicles used in Iraq and Afganistan are coming onto the auction block for citizens to purchase- but only as scrap. This is a tremendous waste of tax payer money. These truck have far better capabilities and meet different needs than most commercial vehicles. Why not allow the citizens to pay for these trucks twice? Humvees would make excellent brush fire trucks and farm utility vehicles. Larger trucks would allow construction companies cost effective ways to better expand our infrastructure. The past can be used as a guide to show how useful Military surplus vehicles are to citizens. They have been used as hay haulers, Parade floats for Veterans, recovery vehicles, and have been used as disaster recovery vehicles. Do not waste our money. Let us buy what we have already paid for
