The Supreme Court ruled that the Affordable Care Act is a tax. However W-2 employees who have to pay for their own health insurance are being double taxed because because they are unable to take a tax credit for the monies they are now required to pay for health insurance. Please allow this tax credit to help make paying health insurance more affordable.
