Allow tax deductions for child support payments.

In an effort to promote accountability and fairness for ALL affected individuals in a situation, we are asking the administration to implement some type of tax deduction for those making child support payments. This is NOT a request to alter, stop, or reduce anything. This is only a request for the paying party to receive some type of credit for monies that otherwise to the government are "free". In most cases the paying parent, is not even filing the child as a dependent, therefore is receiving no due credits, especially when they are active and responsible with this obligation. Let's get fair.
