Allow tax payers to decide where their money is being invested in.

We, the tax payers of the United States, love our country but hate our tax bills. If we are forced to give 30 percent of our salary to our homeland, we need to decide where that money goes. What if I don`t want to give taxes that support improving the rail-way because I never use it? What if I am a tax payer that doesn't care for improving our roads because I think they already well built. I urge you to vote in affirmation of this legislation idea.
