Allow taxpayers to have a vote on proposals involving the use of public funds for professional sports stadiums.

Created by J.W. on May 06, 2013

Each year professional sports franchises petition state and local governments to use public money to renovate the existing or build a new stadium for the franchise, from which the public will receive no share of future revenue. The taxpayers should have a say in whether or not public money is used to fund private projects.
