Allow teachers to keep a locked/hidden defensive weapon in classrooms after being properly trained.

Teachers can be trained in using certain defensive weapons such as mace, tazers, stun-guns and lite capacity hand guns that could be stored in classrooms in a locked box that can only be opened with only a personal code or hand print identification. Also install a panic button (same as bank tellers) in classrooms to receive a quick response from authorities in an emergency situation.
