allow teenagers to move out at the age of 17 if they have a place to go or a stable job to get an apartment.

Teenagers nowadays are growing up faster than in the past generations. Some teenagers are ready and able to move out before their 18th birthday but their parents won't allow it. 17 year old's should have the right to be on their own if they have a place to go or have a job. Some young adults live in a bad environment but their parents won't let them leave. This is not right.
