The U.S. Constitution was created BY the people of the United States FOR the people of the United States. It has been affirmed time after time by the U.S. Supreme Court that the Bill Of Rights protect the Rights of INDIVIDUALS.
As citizens, we see these rights being eroded continuously by our "Elected Leadership" whose sole purpose is to see that the U.S. Constitution is upheld, "So Help Them God."
As Citizens, we need to have the ability to remove from Office, ANY ELECTED official who supports, proposes and/or submits any Legislation that would alter, restrict, infringe upon, or otherwise limit ANY of those guaranteed protected rights.
Allowing our rights to erode is a violation of their public oath and should be considered as Acts Of Treason.
