The right to to bare arms, our secont ammendment, was given to us to protect our families. I have recently moved from Texas to California. I took and passed my CHL class paid my money and passed my background check. I have a wife and 2 small boys. However I am not allowed to protect them in an emergency because Ca. does not allow CHL carriers from other states to carry in there's. This petition is for anyone possesing a CHL from other states to be allowed to carry in Ca. Lets stop the fact that the only ones with guns are the police and the criminals. Because ive never seen a crook mug someone in front of a police officer. Give the responsible people the right to protect there families and allow us to protect ourselves.
