This petition is in answer to a previous petition that would allow the state of Texas to secede. If the Texas should secede from the union let it be spilt into five states per the 1845 Annexation documents, and that the existing United States allow two of those states to remain in the Union and allow veterans and disabled citizens retain all rights and benefits under previous state residency.
