If Texas wants to go we should let them, no one likes them anyway. But once they have left we should do what America does with backwards countries full of energy supplies and invade them. Oh, don't worry about a bunch of drunk / coked out members of the Texas Air national guard. They get to leave we get to kick their ass, its a WIN-WIN.
