Allow therapists to monitor the social media accounts of their patients who are minors

I was a close friend of Jayah Ram Jackson, who committed suicide over a month ago. There were many warning signs on her social media accounts, which could've helped us, including her therapists, save her, but they were overlooked. I want all psychologists and doctors to have permission to watch over their child patients' (who are less than 18 years old) social media accounts. Any accounts whose usernames or locations that aren't given to the doctor can be found using social media professionals, who can find hidden profiles and accounts, in order to help their patients. Everyone knows that it's easier to talk to a computer than it is to a person, so this petition might help save lives.
