Allow third party candidates Gary Johnson and Jill Stein to participate in the Presidential debate.

The American people have always been forced to choose between two extremes. This election year, both the Democrat and Republican candidates have high unfavorable ratings among the public. While both the Libertarian Party and the Green Party, will be on the ballot, they have never had the opportunity to fairly debate with those who they share it with. The major third parties should have a chance, not only this year but every election, to make their claim to the American people on why they should receive their votes.
