Allow those citizens in seceding states who wish to remain as US citizens to do so regardless of state status.

As many of our states are seeking secession, it is the intent of this petition to request that those citizens of each state who do not wish to renounce their status as American citizens be granted the right to retain citizenship. Furthermore, it is our request that should a move become necessary, that reasonable funding be made available to aid in the transition.
