An amendment to the Law Enforcement Officer's Safety Act.
Amend this provision to allow not only on and off duty law enforcement officers, but also those who have retired in good standing to carry weapons on school property.
The retiree would of course have to maintain a current firearms qualifications certification.
Several jurisdictions already allow this, buth there shold be a uniform law to cover this at the Federal level.
