Allow those legally residing and working in the United States for 5 or more years to apply for a Green Card directly.

Created by M.W. on September 26, 2011

It is not uncommon for people to be working in the USA legally, and to be effectively barred from getting a Green Card, let alone citizenship, because of the current immigration process. If someone is here, working legally and paying taxes for more than 5 years, they should be allowed to apply directly for a Green Card without PERM certification or waiting for a "Priority Date"

They're here.
They're working.
They're legal.
Stop treating them like slaves.
