Allow those paying into Social Security to voluntarily raise their retirement age to 67.

Since most people are now expecting to live longer, it is probable that one would like to work beyond 65.

So why not offer us the option of voluntarily upping our retirement age?

The extra revenue generated then could be used to shore up the system.
