Allow those that vote for tax increases to have their own taxes increased whether Congress passes the bill or not!

People have a false understanding that withdrawing money from the "rich" is actually taking money from the private sector. The poorest Americans will actually feel the effects as businesses will lay off employees or cut benefits and hours. The top 1% employ a lot of people. Aside from their businesses, they pay hefty state taxes and hire lawn care companies, house cleaning companies, etc. They keep their money in banks which allows the banks to loan money to those Americans who wish to purchase a home. We need their money in the private sector because history shows us that the government does not spend its money very wisely.
