Allow those that want to secede from the United States be allowed to do so without ANY reprocussions

Any state that wants to leave the United States should be allowed to do so because of failure of the current government. The government now does not understand that history has a way to repeat itself and the outcome would be different. If the government doesn't remember back in 1775, the United States was being constantly taxed by the British which caused the Revolutionary War. Then in 1861, the United States went to war with itself over things that was fully constitutional. So, I believe that every state and each citizen in every state should have the right listed in the United States Constitution to decide for themselves whether or not to leave the United States without any repocussions.
