Allow those wishing to secede from the union to denounce citizenship and emmigrate from America.

Created by M.G. on November 13, 2012

Many who voted for Mitt Romney have decided they would like to secede from the United States since their candidate lost. This hasn't happened since the times of the Civil War and is quite ridiculous for these people to think that since they live in a particular state, they can secede and deny the civil rights of individuals of that same state who did not vote for Mr. Romney by petitioning that the state leave the union. In response to the "sour grapes" of the Republican party, Independents and Democrats, pro-choicers, women's rights supporters, andLGBTs, would like to have their equal say via our democracy by stating clearly that those who wish to secede may, instead, denounce their citizenship and emmigrate from the U.S. of America with our blessing if they are so unhappy.
