Allow traffic cameras at each intersection to be used in accident cases to determine fault, find hit and run drivers

I petition for traffic camera footage to be used for traffic violations, determining identity if a driver, illegal activities, finding faults in hit and run accidents, hit and run and criminal cases. These cameras could possibly be used to find people who cause road fatalities as well.
