To allow the transfer of Post 9-11 GI Bill benefits to eligible dependents of military members who have retired.

Currently, military members who have retired and are eligible for the Post 9-11 GI Bill benefits are not allowed to transfer their earned benefits to their eligible dependents. I strongly believe that we have earned this benefit and should be able to use them to educate our children, our country's future. This is a very big quality of life issue for all those who have served honorably.
