Transgender citizens are still not allowed to legally change their birth sex, this needs to change. Transgender people are allowed to undergo surgery to change aspects of their body (genitals, breasts etc.) so it seems odd that we do not allow them to change their legal sex. Many will argue that transgender necessities are cosmetic, and that is not true. Please help transgender people legally change their sex.
