Allow Transgender people to enlist in any military branch and train/live with those whom the person is identified as.

Created by L.C. on November 14, 2012

Currently, a transgender person cannot enlist in the military at all. the person is considered unfit for battle and it is considered a medical disability. I believe that any person whom is transgender should be able to enlist into a military branch as their chosen identity as long as they are on their way to full transition (Pre-op or Post op). This means training and living with other men/women soldiers or whomever the person identifies as, and not having to enlist and live with those whom are their "legal" gender. Trans people are just as strong as Cis gender people. Military would be enhanced and there would be more strong troops fighting for our country.
