To allow transgender people to join the american army, with no consequence.

I am a us citizen, i was born and raised in this country, i think it should be my right, as a human being to join the american army, i have been told by many army officials, whether in online forums or in real life, even if i called the army, from the site, i was denied the right to join, i should be treated as equal. I am no different, than any other human, i am no stronger or smarter, i just want the right to join, so do my fellow trans brother and trans sisters, many of us are in hiding, even if we are currently in the army, we must hide the fact that we are transgender, if we tell someone, we would be kicked out. Its an unfair thing to have. Why deny us the right to join? i would like to join. So please let me.
