I myself am a transgender and I ask for this petition to request the Obama Administration to allow insurance companies to cover for Sex Reassignment Surgery (S.R.S.) and let those transgenders and transsexuals who want the sex change to be able get it paid for in partial or full pending on their insurance company.
I speak for the Transgender Community as well as the LGBTQ (Lesbian/Gay/Biexual/Transgender/Queer) Community for some of us transgenders and transsexuals like myself would like to get the sex reassignment surgery but our insurance companies do not cover such stuff, and I speak for ALL Transgenders that can't afford it out of their own pocket to have their insurance companies to pay a fair part of it if not all of it depending on the insurance company. It's Live or Suffer for us!
