Allow Transsexuals who have been on hormones for at least 3 years and have stable mental health to join the Military

There are a lot of transsexuals who would like to join the military, but because of it being seen as a mental illness that bars people from joining, they are unable to. There are some who have joined, but have to stay in the closet, which can affect their mental health. Transsexuals gain a much more stable mental health after hormone therapy and would be great solders post transitioned. So far 10 other countries allow Transsexuals to join their military, which includes Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, I would like the United States to join that list of countries that allow transsexuals to join their Military.
