Allow the TTB to issue Home Distiller Permits for at home distillation under 25 gallons per adult just like home brewing

I propose that the TTB create a new Distillation permit for small home hobby enthusiasts to allow them to distill up to 25 gallons of home distilled spirits by any method per personal and private consumption. This permit will in no way allow someone to sell their home distilled spirits, but instead will satisfy the Governmental interest in collecting taxes on distilled spirits. I propose the price of this permit be $50 per annual permit and can be ordered by internet on the www.ttb.gov website by entering your name, home address, and a credit card to pay the $50 tax for the permit, which will be sent to you in the mail by the TTB. This small home use permit will allow many people across the country to make their home hobbies legal and pay their taxes.
